Research Paper: ERP Habituation and Mismatch Response

Over the summer, I did research on language acquisition at Weill Cornell Medical College in NYC. Working there was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Here's a draft of the paper I put together: ERP Habituation and Mismatch Response.

Though fundamental to the perception of language, the nature of the change-detection mechanism is not fully understood. Here, the relationship between change detection and habituation in a cohort of phonologically impaired readers was analyzed to answer questions about the nature of linguistic processing.
